Wearable activity trackers - the perfect Christmas present

This year, many people are giving and receiving wearable activity trackers for Christmas. We have seen a major explosion in this market and we'll see a greater expansion next year as we see new smartwatches and 2nd and 3rd generation wearable activity trackers.

Whether you're already a fitness nut or you plan to be more active in the New Year, wearable activity trackers can be highly effective tools to promote fitness and healthier living as people become more mindful to be more physically active throughout the week.
