Misfit Wearables has launched a lower-cost waterproof wearable activity tracker called the Misfit Flash. This little gadget is similar to the Shine and is waterproof to 30 meters, uses a coin battery (no recharging), and can be worn on a wrist band or clipped to your clothing. It's always on and it's tracking your physical activity and your sleep. Sync the Flash with your mobile device and use the Misfit app to view your progress.
